Terms of Sale

Purpose
These terms of sale govern access to and use of the subscription and one-off purchase offers available on the Halte Sonore platform, published by VEJCORP (SAS, Évry Trade Register 103 112 140), and described on the Pricing page.
Offers and pricing
Three plans are offered: monthly, annual and lifetime (one-off payment). Current prices are shown on the Pricing page and are quoted in euros, all taxes included. VEJCORP reserves the right to change its prices at any time, with new prices applying only to new subscriptions.
Free account and three free tracks
Creating an account is free and requires no means of payment. A free account lets you choose three compositions from the catalogue. Each chosen composition remains available to its holder, with unlimited listening and at no cost, for as long as the service is operated and as long as it remains in the published catalogue, including when a paid offer is introduced. Should the service be permanently discontinued, VEJCORP will inform account holders by email at least 30 days in advance.
Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe, a secure payment provider. Monthly and annual subscriptions are automatically charged at each billing cycle until cancellation.
Cancellation
Monthly and annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the "My account" area, free of charge and without justification. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current, already-paid period. The "lifetime" access is non-refundable, except as required by the legal right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer law, the consumer has a 14-day period to exercise their right of withdrawal. This right cannot be exercised once digital content has been consumed, unless otherwise agreed.
Liability
VEJCORP makes every effort to ensure service continuity, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. It cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or of a malfunction beyond its control.
Governing law
These terms of sale are governed by French law. In the absence of an amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
