Purpose
These terms of sale govern access to and use of the subscription and one-time purchase offers available on the Mathyas VJ platform, described on the Pricing page.
Offers and pricing
Three plans are available: monthly, annual, and lifetime (one-time payment). Current prices are shown on the /pricing page and are stated in euros, all taxes included. Mathyas VJ reserves the right to change its prices at any time; new prices only apply to new subscriptions.
Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe, a secure payment provider. Monthly and annual subscriptions are automatically charged at each billing cycle until cancellation.
Cancellation
Monthly and annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the "My account" area, free of charge and without justification. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current, already-paid period. The "lifetime" access is non-refundable, except as required by the legal right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer law, the consumer has a 14-day period to exercise their right of withdrawal. This right cannot be exercised once digital content has been consumed, unless otherwise agreed.
Liability
Mathyas VJ makes every effort to ensure continuity of service, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access. Mathyas VJ cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or malfunction beyond its control.
Governing law
These terms of sale are governed by French law. In the absence of an amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
